Mexican Wota @ Salvemos Oshimai ^-^

Q-beto and Niigaki: my best wota friends. ^^

The past Saturday I attended to "Salvemos Oshimai", the first amateur J-pop/K-pop festival organized in Mexico City in favour of Oshimai, a maid coffee shop located in the City of Monterrey that had economic and legal troubles with the Federal Mexican Youth Institute because the cancellation of the Expo Comic "Poder Joven" convention in past June. :P

For my pleasure, "Salvemos Oshimai" became the best amateur Idol festival organized in Mexico City since "Idol Party!", thanks to the participation of new amateur Idol groups that now exist in Mexico. :P

"Tell me". PSP. ^^

I supported all of them, because for those girls is really difficult to sing and to dance at the same time, and furthermore, to do this in front of an otaku crew. ^^u

"Resonant blue". Hoshi Girls. ^^

Of course, the main attraction in this event was the reunion and reappearance of Hoshi Girls, a Mexican Idol project created in 2008 and disbanded in 2009, thanks to my friend Gustavo "Bluealakazam" and me. :P

"Otto CHIKAN!". Hoshi Girls. ^^

Their interpretation of "Otto CHIKAN!", original from Onyanko Club, was one of the best Idol performances that I've enjoyed with my friends in Mexico city. ^^

"Haru no arashi". Ivette. ^^

Anyway, the best performance that I saw in that evening was, without any doubts, the songs that Ivette interpreted as a soloist. ^^

"Sakuranbo". Ivette. ^-^

Niigaki and Q-beto cheer Ivette up too. You can listen their voices and screams in her performances' videos. ^^

"Forever". Ivette. ^o^

But the song that made me cry meanwhile I was doing wotagei was, of course, "Forever" from Savage Genius, whose lyrics I translated to Spanish some time ago. That's my Savage Genius' favorite song because its deep sense of resignation to love and sadness. Thank you, Ivette, I really liked you. ^-^

"Daite yo! Please go on". Idaly. ^o^

But the song that I was waiting anxiously all the week, the song that made me totally crazy, was Goto Maki's "Daite yo! Please go on" interpreted by Idaly, my ex-girlfriend. :P

Of course, I went crazy because, after seeing several times the Japanese wotagei video, I requested to Idaly that perform that song, and she fulfilled completely with my expectations. ^-^

"Koisuru angel hearth". Ruby & Puni Puni Club. ^^

Rubi, the last member of Puni Puni Club, did a great job too, cheering up the rest of the wota that support her in the mini-concert. ^^

Other girl that impressed me was Pamela, the girl that danced discretely in the audience all the K-pop songs that other girls interpreted, but when she was pushed by Niigaki, she danced over the bar better than Ulzzang Girls. ^^u

PD. I will update this post, in the next days, with more photos and videos. ^^

Greetings.

ah...
