【AKB48・SKE48・パクリ】 AKB48 and SKE48's piracy =/

SKE48. "Dareka no sei ni wa shinai" :P

I'm not a fan of SKE48, but today I found this video's title in YouTube and I found it interesting, so I decided to listen that song for the first time ever.

For my surprise, "Dareka no sei ni wa shinai"'s music beat remember me A LOT another song. But, at the begining, I couldn't remember which song was that.

Of course, I remember that Akimoto Yasushi copies other songs' beats for his own...

...and then, I remember Hayashibara Megumi's "Shakunetsu no koi" O_O

Hayashibara Megumi. "Shakunetsu no koi" :P

I was shocked. I realized that both songs have similar music beats. But this time, was not Akimoto Yasushi's fault. According to Wikipedia Japan, "Dareka no sei ni wa shinai"'s music composer was Yoshitomi Sayuri 吉富 小百合.

As you could see in this screen capture, Yoshitomi Sayuri is the music composer of Natou Angels and SKE48, a role approved, of course, by Akimoto Yasushi.

How long Akimoto Yasushi will allow the intellectual piracy in their Idol projects?

How long Japanese media will cover AKB48 and SKE48's piracy?

Greetings.
